Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GetCertX, we aim to provide the best learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our refund terms below:

Course Purchases

• Refunds are applicable only if requested within 7 days of purchase and the course progress is less than 20%.
• Once digital materials are accessed/downloaded, no refund will be provided.

Cancellations

You may cancel enrollment before the course start date for a full refund.

Refund Method

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
